Warranty Policy
Limited Warranty
This Limited Warranty Covers:
· Damages incurred during shipping on carrier:
Bead Pro LLC warrants this product to be free from defects in workmanship and materials, under standard use and conditions for 90 days. The manufacturer agrees, at its option during the warranty period, to repair any defect in material or workmanship to furnish without charge a product of same patented design. Shipping and handling fees are to be paid for by the customer. Replacement is subject to verification of the defect or malfunction and proof of purchase as confirmed by showing the original dated sale receipt.
This warranty does not cover defects or damage due to improper installation, alteration, accident or any other event beyond the control of the manufacturer. Defects or damage resulting from misuse, abuse or negligence will void this warranty. This warranty does not cover scratching or damage that may result from standard applicable use.
Bead Shield Product Warranties:
· The manufacturer warrants the Bead Shield ™and Bead Gates of manufacturing and material defects
· The manufacturer warranties defective parts due to craftmanship or material failure with standard applicable use.
Poly Carbonate Plastic
· Bead Shield™ is designed from a strong, durable poly carbonate
· Bead Gates are made from a durable nylon material.
Polycarbonates are a group of thermoplastic polymers containing carbonate groups in their chemical structures. Characteristics include:
· 1/8” Thickness
· Outstanding impact resistance
· Wide temperature range: -40C to 110C
· Impact strength 90.4 to 95.2
The Bead Shield is designed to break in high impact situations to protect the bead diffuser and bead gun mount from breaking
Warranty Limitations
Bead Pro LLC warranty does not include:
· Damage resulting from impact to objects or the ground. (Care must be taken by the operators of equipment with the Bead Shield™ installed)
· Damages incurred during assembly or maintenance.
· Any condition resulting from other than standard anticipated wear or any use for which the product was not intended.
· Damage as a result of use of non-approved chemical solvents when cleaning shield.
Bead Pro LLC makes no express warranty or condition whether written or oral not stated in this limited warranty. To the extent allowed by the local law of jurisdiction outside of the United States, and implied warranty of conditions. Including any implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. For all transactions occurring in the United States, any implied warranty of condition of merchantability, satisfactory quality, or fitness for a particular purpose is limited to the duration of the express warranty set forth above. For consumer transaction, the limited warranty terms contained in this statement, except to the extent lawfully permitted, do not exclude, restrict, or modify but are in addition to the mandatory statutory rights applicable to the sale of this Product to the Purchaser as stated above.
All warranty claims must be filed by the consumer to the retailer of this product, who in turn is to contact the manufacturer regarding any warranty return replacement. Please retain invoices for warranty purposes.
Claim Procedure
· Claim for defective or missing merchandise must be made immediately upon receipt.
· Any claim for defective merchandise must be packed in original packaging
· We reserve the right to specify that items be returned to the original warehouse for inspection or be inspected by our representative in the field
· Pictures are required to claim defective merchandise, along with a copy of the original invoice
· If the claim is justified, the item(s) will be replaced.
